CTI Provides SonarWiz.MAP Training at Alaska Department of Fish and Game Several members of the Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADFG) completed an informative two-day raining class held April 2930, 2006 in Juneau, Alaska. Chesapeake Technology, Inc. (CTI) presented the training designed to increase the participants proficiency in using CTIs SonarWiz.MAP mosaicking software. I consider the event a total success, said John Gann, CTIs Vice President of Software Development and facilitator at the event. I believe that the participants left with a enhanced working knowledge of how SonarWiz.MAPs features can be utilized for real-time data collection, production of real-time mosaics in the field and for post-processing of data. ADFG members Gretchen Bishop and Chris Siddon at the controls aboard the R/V Medeia.
The R/V Medeia anchored at its home port in Douglas, Alaska transported the ADFG group as they gathered and processed real-time data.
